Investor Tour 2025 Brings 60+ Investors from 12 Countries to Explore Armenia’s Startup Ecosystem

From October 9 to 11, Investor Tour 2025, organized by BANA Angels, brought together more than 60 investors from 12 countries to explore Armenia’s vibrant and rapidly developing tech ecosystem. 

The growing participation reflects the rising global interest in Armenia as an emerging hub for innovation and investment.

Throughout the tour, investors met with representatives of Armenian startups, venture funds, and tech companies, and took part in a pitching session and sector-focused discussions. As part of the program, participants visited the offices of leading firms including Picsart, ServiceTitan, Adobe Armenia, NVIDIA Armenia, and the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, gaining first-hand insight into the innovative solutions and technological advancements emerging in Armenia.

The doubling of participants compared to last year is a clear indication that Armenia is becoming a recognized and attractive destination for international investors. This year’s tour not only showcased the potential of our ecosystem but also laid the foundation for tangible partnerships. We are already seeing growing interest in deepening cooperation, and active discussions are underway.” said Sona Veziryan, Director of BANA Angels.

In addition to business visits, participants attended DigiTec 2025 conference and expo — Armenia’s largest technology event — where the country’s latest innovations were showcased. The tour also included a cultural program, giving guests the opportunity to experience Armenia’s historical landmarks and traditional cuisine.

Following the tour, several investors and startups have already begun discussions on potential partnerships. The event served as an important step toward enhancing Armenia’s international investment profile and creating new opportunities for local innovators and entrepreneurs.

Investor Tour 2025 was organized by BANA Angels in partnership with the Formula VC venture fund and international partners uGlobally under the RECONOMY program, funded by Sweden and implemented by Helvetas, with additional support from the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises of Armenia (UATE).
