One can refill MobiDram accounts via Telcell terminals

From now on the MobiDram clients can cash into their electronic accounts also via Telcell electronic payment terminals.

The commission for the cash-in of AMD 1000 and less makes AMD 30, for AMD 1001-4999 – 2%, and for AMD 5000 and more – 1%.
